Mebyou - e-srv AB processes all information about you as a user, such as personal name, email and other details, using data processing. The processing of this data is carried out for administration of the customer relationship between you and the facilities and partners connected to e-srv and to provide important information about your purchased services (for example booking confirmations). Upon registration, you may also receive mailings from e-srv and from connected partners. You can opt out of these mailings at any time.
If you represent an association and register as a contact person, your details will be published, for example in the municipality’s association register. If you do not want this, you must ask to be excluded from such publication.
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them or from the use of the Website (prod.e-srv.se) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish general courts.

The booking service e-srv states all prices in SEK including VAT.
The handling of card details is done by our partner Swedbank Pay, a PCI-certified payment gateway. All transactions with Swedbank Pay are encrypted with the highest possible security and e-srv never sees the buyer’s card details.

Payment can be made with Swish or bank, payment or credit cards linked to Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Maestro. You can also pay with digital punch cards provided by e-srv. No additional fees are charged. Cancellation with refund is generally possible up until six hours before the booked time, but special terms may apply at the time of purchase and will then be stated there. When cancelling a time that was paid with a bank, payment or credit card, a cancellation fee of 12.50 SEK is charged.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase unless otherwise stated in specific terms at the time of purchase.
Time-limited service offers
According to the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (3 § SFS 2005:59), there is no right of withdrawal for this type of offer, but for most purchases it is possible to cancel up until six hours before the scheduled time for delivery of the purchased service.
In the event of misuse of the service, we reserve the right to suspend the user. If this happens, any credit balances the user has will lapse.
A purchased service can only be used in its entirety on one occasion. It is not possible to receive the service or parts of it back as cash or to save it for future use. The purchase is personal and cannot be shared by several people unless explicitly stated. Also carefully read any special terms that may exist for a specific purchase.
